Dr. Sally Adams is a 2011 graduate from The Ohio State University.  Her love of animals and medicine began as a young child.  Often her parents would come home to find their family dog Max (a Labrador basset mix) bandaged up after young Sally said “he hurt his leg jumping off the porch,” or Sally eager and ready for her riding ...

lessons she took throughout her childhood.  She is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and joined the Mountain View team in September of 2012 after working in western Ohio at a predominantly dairy practice.  Dr. Sally enjoys practicing as a mixed animal veterinarian here at Mountain View. “I have enjoyed the friendships and the lasting relationships I have developed with my patients and their families.  I find it rewarding serving our clients and the community in their veterinary needs.  I strive to treat everyone how I would want to be treated.”  Her areas of interests include general herd health, preventative calf care, surgery, dental health, and internal medicine.  Dr. Sally continually strives to better her veterinary knowledge by regularly attending continuing education classes and seminars in both small and large animal medicine.  She focuses on individual patient and client needs and is always looking for ways to grow. Outside of work Dr. Sally is active in her church, serving on the campus ministry committee.  She also enjoys caring for her older ponies that she used to teach riding lessons with to children at a summer camp.  Sally still enjoys horseback riding when she has a chance, and walking her puggle, Elvis, she adopted during veterinary school.  When Dr. Sally is not working she can often be found helping her husband Chris on the dairy farm, or spending time with family, friends and her beloved four legged companions.
